UPDATING YOUR DEVICES

As a Spot On Customer, you are guaranteed updates for life!

Updates are important!  We fix bugs, create new features, change other features, all in an effort to bring you better products!  Most of our devices come with an easy update tool which is demonstrated in this video for the Performance Director.  

REDELIVERY

We automatically send out updated items but if you ever need a redelivery, please visit the Spot On Store and click the appropriate Redelivery Terminal at the landing spot.  There are two there, one for Choreography Tools and one for mesh products.  

Also, we use Caspervend so ANY Caspervend terminal can be used.
