Choreography Design System
2.1 - ENHANCEMENT - Allow a longer timeout for stage marker messages on homestead sims, to prevent intermittent failures when designing formations on a homestead sim.

2.1 - FEATURE - Change Waypoint colors with the new "WP Colors" option in the advanced menu.   This allows you to change all waypoints for a specific design ring to a specific color.

2.1 - FEATURE - Hide Waypoint Before.   Use the "HideWPBefore" to hide waypoints before a given number.   Example:  Selecting 6 will hide waypoints 1 through 5, but 6 and greater will remain visible.   This is useful when developing complex routes, where waypoints often overlap.

2.1 - ENHANCEMENT - Add waypoint helper script to allow additional space for future features, and eliminate out of memory errors with the designer.

NEW FEATURES:

• Debug Mode:  When enabled, the Rezzer will print verbose stats about each object that is rezzed.   This could be useful when trying to understand why something is not rezzing properly.   This generates a lot of chat, so it is not recommended for general use, but only when debugging problems.
• Rez Beacon:   Clicking the "Rez Beacon" button from the Rezzer's main menu will rez an object at the current stage location.  The item will emit a particle radar pulse, and derez after 20 seconds.   This should make it easier to verify if the Stage Location is configured correctly when debugging.
• Off Switch:  When a Stage Manager is shut off, it will stop listening to chat channels and perform no stage manager functions until it is turned back on by it's owner.  This will allow you to build multiple sets in the same area. 

ENHANCEMENTS

• The Rezzer now performs additional error checks for the following conditions.   The goal here is to make it easier to identify and resolve configuration issues.
      *  An Object Script that has been incorrectly placed in a child prim will now send a warning message in chat.
      *  If an Object listed in a notecard is not in the Rezzer's inventory, it will now display an error message in chat.
      *  If the Rezzer detects a malformed line in the set notecard, it now displays an error in chat.
      *  If two stages in the "Stage Locations" notecard have the same name, the Rezzer will display a warning.

BUGFIX:
When an Object script is inadvertently placed into a child prim, it will no longer report when a notecard is generated.   This had the potential to cause a "double rez" bug, and was quite confusing to debug.
