AT THE SHOW

We suggest that before the actual day of the show, you take your Stage Manager Rezzer to the venue and rez your set on stage.  If you want to make any adjustments to the objects, you can do that now and then just do another "GetNotecard" from the Rezzer.  Paste those coordinates into the set notecard inside the rezzer, replacing the existing coordinates.

TIP:  If all dancers have Stage Manager Rezzers present, line them up backstage in set order so that everyone knows at a glance the order as well as who is currently on stage.  You can tell by the glowing bottom ring!
1.  Place the Stage Manager Rezzer somewhere backstage.  Notice that in local chat, the Stage Manager Rezzer will say it is configuring for the current stage location (provided you have previously marked this stage as in Step 1).
2.  When it is your turn, left-click the Rezzer and choose "Rez a Set" on the menu.
3.  When your set is over, left-click the Rezzer and choose "Clear Stage" on the menu.
TIP:  While you can put as many sets as you want into a Stage Manager Rezzer, for organizational purposes, it's a good idea to use a new one for each show.  Name it something descriptive of the show for ease in finding at a later date.

Use Performance Director or Chat Commands to Control the Stage Manager

You can command your Stage Manager via your Performance Director HUD using either the default channel of 42 or you can change the channel.
You can easily see what channel your Stage Manager is set to by left-clicking it to get the menu.  It will be displayed on the menu above the buttons.  You can change the channel in the configuration notecard.

Group access or individual access also works for using chat commands however only for rezzing and clearing a stage.

DEFAULT CHANNEL:  42

Using the RS (Region Say command) on the buttons will make sure you are not too far away from the Stage Manager.  If typing it in local chat, it's a good idea to use Control-Enter so that you shout the command to the Stage Manager. No one will see this command.

REZ A SET - Use the exact name of the set notecard inside Stage Manager.
